Remote check-in as you knew it is no longer enough.

  • Street keyboxes are on their way out.

    Milan, Rome and Florence are removing keyboxes from walls, poles and gates. And even where they stay, they're no longer enough on their own.

  • Meeting every guest in person.

    Waiting up for late arrivals, covering evenings and weekends: across many units, it doesn't scale.

  • An ID photo isn't enough.

    Since the Council of State ruling of November 2025, identity has to be checked in real time. And every guest must be reported on Alloggiati Web within 24 hours. Filing them by hand, one by one, becomes a second job.

How it works

Three steps, from booking to door.

  1. Step 1: Live video ID check

    On arrival, the guest shows their ID on a short live video call, and a member of our team checks it matches them. No facial recognition, no biometric data.

  2. Step 2: Automated check-in

    Only after the check does the system issue a personal door code, valid from check-in to check-out. The guest receives it with instructions in their own language.

  3. Step 3: Police system integration

    Guest details go automatically to the State Police portal, Alloggiati Web, within the required 24 hours. You follow everything from one dashboard.
